A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REP
This full-time customer service role is essential to the success of our company as we rely on you to work directly with current and prospective clients and share the value of our exceptional landscaping services! Much of your time is spent setting appointments for our sales reps, so they can then guide customers on their purchasing decisions. Further, you also complete data entry by entering information into our customer relations management software (CRM). Your detail-oriented personality shines through as you help keep our records accurate and up to date. You also reach out to previous customers and respond to inquiries to keep them current about our offerings. Ultimately, your organizational and customer service skills, along with your self-motivated personality allow you to exceed in this role and keep our customers happy and our business growing!
